CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment via either Blissful Balance Norfolk website, direct message, text or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service rate. 
​
Appointment no shows (where failure to give any prior notice occurs) will be subject to a 100% charge of service rate and possible refusal for future appointments. 
​
If Blissful Balance cancels an appointment full payment will be refunded to the client, or,  alternatively, if agreed with the client a new appointment will be scheduled at a later date subject to availability.
